I am looking for a rental house and it could basically be anywhere within 100 miles of Birmingham. I am skilled in many areas of home building. I’m a retired superintendent over multimillion dollar homes. I am very skilled and very picky about my work. I would like a house a fixer-upper where you will pay for materials and I will supply all labor at no cost to you. I’m looking for something for $600 or less and I would prefer it be in the country or sometimes basically called the boondocks.
