Freight Logistics Inc. is hiring experienced, professional CDL-A reefer drivers for an advanced OTR position. This role is for seasoned drivers who understand refrigerated freight, customer expectations, and take pride in safe, on-time service.

PAY (UP TO $0.62 CPM TO START)
Base Pay: $0.58 CPM
PLUS up to $0.04 CPM for advanced qualifications:
$0.02 CPM – Longevity
Been with your current employer more than 1 year
$0.02 CPM – Fresh Reefer Experience
24+ months reefer experience within the last 5 years
MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUS (UP TO +$0.03 CPM)
Earn up to +$0.03 CPM each month by meeting all 3:
No at-fault accidents/incidents/claims or HOS violations
Idle time under 20%
No at-fault service failures
TRANSITION BONUSES (PAID ON YOUR FIRST CHECK)
$100 Completed Application Bonus (fully completed application)
$400 Transition Bonus (added to first check)
Total: $500 on your first paycheck
MILES / FREIGHT / SCHEDULE
Average 2,800 miles per week
21 days out (steady OTR reefer freight)
Based in Wichita, KS | Running 48 states

Late-model Peterbilt 579 & Kenworth T680
Great Dane reefers with Carrier units
Refrigerator, Cobra CB, inverter included
70 MPH trucks
NO inward-facing cameras
