Cline Tours is seeking experienced Motorcoach Drivers to join our Birmingham team. This role is ideal for professional drivers who take pride in safety, customer service, and delivering a high-quality travel experience for passengers on tours, charters, and group trips.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a motorcoach for tours, charters, and group transportation
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Provide a safe, smooth, and comfortable ride for all passengers
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally
Follow all DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
Qualifications
Valid Class A or B CDL with Passenger (P) endorsement
Minimum 1–2 years of motorcoach or commercial passenger driving experience
Clean driving record (MVR)
Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening
Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and regulations
Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
Schedule & Work Type
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Local and over-the-road (OTR) trips
Flexible scheduling based on tour and charter needs
Weekend and overnight availability may be required
