• Valid CDL Class A
• 23+ years old
• 2+ years recent OTR experience — NO EXCEPTIONS
• No more than 3 moving violations (last 3 years)
• Zero DOT-reportable accidents (last 3 years)
• Max 1 preventable accident (last 5 years)
• No reckless/careless driving (last 5 years)
• Must pass DOT physical & drug screening
• No positive drug/alcohol tests — ever
• No felonies (last 10 years)
• No drug/CMV-related felonies — ever
• Must speak/read/write English clearly
💰 Pay & Position:
• $52,000 – $234,000/year (based on miles & performance)
• 1099 Contract
• Weekly direct deposit — no delays
