2016 Grand Design Reflection 308BHTS in good condition. Some wear but everything works. 3 slide outs, solid surface countertops in kitchen with island. 2 15K btu air conditioners, tankless water heater, roof recently resealed. No leaks, no soft spots. Some old cosmetic water damage on a few wood stiles. Awning works but needs new fabric. Everything you need included, sewer hoses, power cord, slide supports, weight distribution hitch. Priced to reflect the cosmetic wear and still be a good deal. Over all a great unit. Price is firm.
