We are seeking an experienced Trim Carpenter Installation Crew to join our growing team. We are looking for skilled professionals with experience installing commercial millwork, trim, doors, and architectural finishes. The ideal crew will take pride in quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently and safely on commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Install architectural millwork, trim, cabinetry, and casework in commercial buildings.
· Install doors, frames, and hardware according to project specifications.
· Interpret and follow architectural drawings, shop drawings, and installation plans.
· Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately to achieve high-quality finishes.
· Ensure installations meet project quality standards and deadlines.
· Maintain a clean and organized job site.
· Work safely and follow company and job site safety requirements.
· Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on-site.
Qualifications
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial trim carpentry or millwork installation.
· Experience installing doors, frames, hardware, trim, and architectural millwork.
· Ability to read shop drawings and construction plans.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
· Must have own tools and be able to travel.
· Ability to work independently or as part of a professional installation crew.
· Ability to meet job site deadlines and maintain quality workmanship.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with commercial construction projects.
· Knowledge of millwork installation and finishing techniques.
· OSHA safety knowledge or certification.
