ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a motivated, bilingual Project Manager to coordinate and oversee multiple projects in a construction and related-industry environment. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors — communicating fluently in both English and Spanish — while splitting your time between office-based coordination and active field presence at job sites. This is a hands-on role with real impact: you'll keep projects on track, crews informed, and clients confident.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Coordinate project schedules, order materials and parts, track deliveries, and manage inventory needs across active projects
• Oversee construction crews on-site, conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and resolve issues in real time
• Serve as the main communication liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams in both English and Spanish, including responding to customer needs after hours when necessary
• Maintain detailed project documentation including reports, schedules, and risk assessments
• Identify and address project risks, delays, and operational challenges as they arise
• Support additional operational and administrative tasks as required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — spoken and written — is required
• Hands-on experience in construction management, project coordination, or cost estimation preferred; background in construction, petroleum, or a related field is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for regular travel to job sites
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Open availability, including responsiveness to after-hours client calls when needed
• Positive, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic and adaptability to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
