Lighthouse Painting Co., an established, locally owned painting company in Birmingham, is adding wallpaper installation to our services and looking for one exceptional wallpaper hanger to lead it.
This isn't a "good enough" role. We want a true craftsman — someone who takes pride in perfectly matched seams, crisp corners, and walls that look flawless up close. If meticulous attention to detail is just how you work, we want to talk.
What you'll do:
- Hang wallpaper and wallcoverings for residential and commercial clients
- Prep surfaces properly — the finish is only as good as the prep
- Measure, plan layout, and match patterns cleanly
- Represent Lighthouse professionally on every job site
What we're looking for:
- Proven, expert-level wallpaper hanging experience
- Obsessive attention to detail and a portfolio or photos of past work
- Reliable, punctual, and clean on the job
- Own basic tools and dependable transportation
- Professional and courteous with clients
