Current proof of insurance of vehicle towing the trailer (insurance card, COI, or insurance binder w/the customers name on it);
A total of two proofs of residency are required. If Drivers license and proof of insurance address match the contract, no further information needed.
If they do not match, here are the only other options accepted (dated within 30 days or less of contract; cell phone bill, bank statement, current pay stub).
