• Generate residential and commercial roofing opportunities.
• Conduct roof inspections.
• Meet with homeowners and property managers.
• Meet with insurance adjusters.
• Coordinate advertising sales efforts by building relationships with local partners and clients to expand market reach through targeted advertising initiatives.
• Close roofing and restoration projects.
• Coordinate installations with subcontractors.
• Perform final walkthroughs and quality control inspections.
• Handle customer communication throughout projects and develop referral relationships.
• Recruit and assist in training future sales representatives along with building the Birmingham, AL market.
Skills
• Roofing, restoration, construction, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Self-motivation and organization skills.
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs.
• Valid drivers license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
