Professional, single male looking for a private room with bath or a basement apartment to rent. I work full time 9-5, quiet, no partying or loud obnoxious guests. I can provide income statements and pass a background check. With this economy I simply can't afford to get a place alone(sadly). I have my own furniture, I cook and am very clean.
