With 3 renters I throw in bathroom cleaning once a week and lawn mowing twice a month plus some yard work. No real hard chores left to do.
Master Bedroom single occupancy for $750 plus $150 in utilities, a couple (double occupancy) for $1,300 or ($500 a piece) plus $150 a piece in total utilities. The Master Bedroom is the only room left. The Master bedroom comes with it's own refrigerator. The other roomies have their own refrigerator. Plenty of Cabinet space.
Storage is available for a limited time, downstairs. I plan to build out the basement in the distant future.
Utilities included: Power, water, garbage, Dish 250 channels and internet 5-G, all included in rent (roughly up to $500 in costs).
