A week up front is the deposit and your payments are required in advance. That is $160+ $640. Meaning at move in day, you will need a total of $800. Your other option is biweekly payments of $320 plus deposit. Your amount due at move in will be $480.
Please don't ask for exceptions of this. If you don't have it, you can not move in until you get it. My apologies for any issues you may have, I can not be responsible.
This unit is on the second floor, if you are unable to go upstairs this unit is not for you.
