I have 2 bedrooms for rent in this 4 bedroom and 1 bath home. Currently I stay there and there is a woman in her 30s who rents one of the rooms. Of the 2 rooms I have left to be rented, one of the rooms is a little bigger than the other one. The one room that is bigger is $125.00 a week and the other room is $100 a week. You will need first weeks rent and a security deposit that will be the same amount as a weeks worth of rent. You will be able get the security deposit back as long as the room and the furniture in the room isn't destroyed.
