Where is it located?
It is conveniently located in Meadow Brook Hills, on Meadow Brook Rd just off economically vibrant Hwy 280 in Inverness/Greystone area. It is close to I-459/I-65, the Summit. and only 13 miles to UAB. It is a highly desirable safe, scenic and open subdivision. Our place is only 1.5 miles from Jefferson State College on Valleydale Rd.
Meadow Brook is one of 50 best placse to live in the US: Meadowbrook, in Shelby County, ranked at 50 among places to live. It received As for public schools, housing and being good for families, and Bs for nightlife and diversity.

Where and how is the room setup?
There is complete privacy in the room(s), like having your own private apartment inside of a house. The 2nd floor is completely dedicated to rental guests - and there are only 3 guests rooms available. Nobody else goes up to the 2nd floor except for the guests, the cleaning people or the LL if there are issues that need to be addressed to help insure the comfort and well-being of the guests. The master bedroom is on the second floor and the LL's office is in the basement. So there is total separation of living arrangement - thus the quiet and privacy.

This is a single occupancy room and, sorry, no pets.

It is 13 miles to downtown (the LL worked at a bank in downtown for 3 years. If you leave earlier before the traffic, as I did, it will take only 17 minutes taking Hwy 280.) Also only 1.5 miles to Jefferson State College on Valleydale.
Ideal for professionals looking for a hassle-free, full amenities, comfortable and convenient location in Birmingham (more like CORPORATE HOUSING).
