If you know Peavey, you know these amps were built like tanks, and this Deuce 240T is no exception. Made in the USA during Peavey’s golden era, this amp delivers that unmistakable warm tube tone with rock-solid reliability. The amp cuts through any mix, whether you’re playing blues, classic rock, country, or hard rock. It has that raw Peavey character - punchy lows, smooth highs, and that touch-sensitive feel. This amp is in amazing condition - Excellent ++, it has been in a Studio environment for the last 20 plus years. The “Deuce” was made famous by many artist in the late 70's through the early 90's (like Lynyrd Skynyrd). It is built for the road and loaded with professional features including two channels, Reverb, and Phase. I had the amp serviced by a Peavey technician in 2018 and the tubes were replaced in 2024 with a matched set of JJ 6L6GC’s. The foot switch is included and everything works as it should. The speakers are EVM 12L guitar speakers, these are legendary speakers that will handle anything you throw at them. They are prized for their high power handling capability (200W) and neutral frequency response. I purchased the speakers NOS (new old stock) from a supplier in 2019 which cost $200 each at the time, a very rare find. The EVM 12L speakers are now going for $300 and up in used condition, see included Reverb listing. The amp does include the wheels which are removable. If you are looking for an amazing Vintage tube amplifier this is your chance to own a mint piece of Americana. I’m thinning out the Vintage amp collection so no trades please. Asking $700 since you would be getting four new 6L6GC tubes and the pair of NOS EVM 12L speakers.
