Selling a mandolin that never really got me interested in the instrument (I’m a guitar player who briefly dabbled). I’m not sure of the year model, but it’s an older version of the m108swk before they added herringbone binding.
It’s solid wood construction with a wider 1 1/4” nut for players with larger hands or accustomed to guitar.
It’s designed to have a distressed look, so the dings and scuffs on the finish are intentional. Spruce top, mahogany back and sides with a deeper than normal body gives it a nice mellow tone. Freshly strung with D’addario XS 11-40 gauge, and an extra set included.
The armrest is a very nice Dr arm maple piece that costs around $100 and is also included. Padded section of carrying handle is gone, but a strap remains for carrying.
I would like to trade for a Taylor GS mini if anyone has one to move along.
