Up for sale is a circa 1970s or 1980s Odessa D17 acoustic dreadnought guitar. As you might have guessed by the price, this thing needs some work. I listed the condition as fair as it does somewhat function as a guitar, but if there was an option between "fair" and "salvage" (e.g., "poor"), I would have chosen that.
To my eyes, it seems like the neck probably needs to be completely removed and reglued on as there is a gap between it and the body. Additionally, there are cracks in the neck near the heel on both the bass and treble sides. The resulting action is uncomfortably high.
All that said, it has a really nice-feeling V-shaped neck and with quite a bit of work, could be a nice playing and sounding guitar. I currently have it tuned low like a baritone and it sounds really cool like that. The truth is that I'm afraid to tune it all the way up to normal pitch.
