About the Opportunity:

Well established and growing law firm is seeking a Litigion Associe to join its Birmingham office. This role focuses on commercial litigion with an emphasis on transportion-reled mters, offering the opportunity to work on complex and high-exposure cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and support commercial and transportion litigion mters
• Draft and argue:
  • Motions
  • Pleadings
  • Legal memoranda
• Conduct depositions and manage discovery
• Assist with case stregy and trial preparion
• Work with clients in the transportion and logistics sectors

Qualificions:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Top 25% academic credentials required
• 3–6 years of litigion experience
• Experience with commercial litigion and transportion-reled mters
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage cases with increasing independence
• Alabama license in good standing
