About the Opportunity:

Well established and growing law firm is seeking a Litigion Associe to join its Birmingham office. This position focuses on medical negligence litigion and offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes mters within a collaborive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support medical negligence litigion mters
• Draft and argue:
  • Motions
  • Pleadings
  • Legal memoranda
• Conduct depositions and manage discovery
• Work closely with clients, experts, and senior torneys
• Assist in trial preparion and case stregy

Qualificions:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Top 25% academic credentials required
• 4–6 years of litigion experience
• Experience handling medical negligence / medical malpractice cases
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage cases with increasing independence
• Alabama license in good standing
