Carpenter helper for Flooring Over Night work (Birmingham and greater area)

Searching for a skilled construction helper / tradesman for commercial flooring repair projects.
I’m looking for a true road-ready tradesman to travel with me from job site to job site for ongoing commercial work.
Pay: $150 per day worked paid weekly
Requirements:
Must have basic construction knowledge
Must be comfortable using common hand tools
Must be willing to possibly travel for weeks at a time if you are a good hand. Currently all work is in Alabama.
Must have a good attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
No bad habits
Must be dependable and committed to ongoing work
Skills that are a plus:
Suspended ceilings
Tile
Flooring
Painting
Brick work
Metal fabrication
Metal installation
What you need:
I provide all major equipment required
You will be riding with me from site to site, if you are a good fit. For local jobs, you must have your own transportation.

I am not looking for someone who wants to work a few days, make a little money, and quit. I’m looking for someone who wants steady year-round work and is ready to stay on the road when needed.
