Iron City Roofing is looking for motivated self-driven individuals to join our roofing sales team. No roofing experience is required - we provide complete training for motivated individuals.
Responsibilities
• Generate leads by meeting with homeowners
• Door-to-door neighborhood marketing
• Place door hangers and company signs
• Promote the company on social media
• Meet with homeowners, insurance adjusters and team members
• Document customer information and load documents using the Jobber application
Requirements
• Reliable cell phone
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation (Truck or SUV preferred)
• Comfortable climbing a ladder and walking roofs after training
• Ability to work independently
• Good time management and communication skills
After Training You’ll be responsible for
• Inspecting roofs using provided safety equipment
• Meeting with homeowners throughout the insurance and roofing process
• Working with insurance companies until each project is completed
Compensation
• 100% Commission-Based (1099 Independent Contractor)
• Unlimited earning potential
