Selling a 2007 Terramite T5C compact commercial loader-backhoe. This is an incredible, heavy-duty American-built workhorse. It is exactly 48 inches wide, meaning it easily fits through standard backyard gates where full-sized machinery can't go.
The machine has just been deeply detailed, pressure washed, greased, and is ready for a new home.
• Engine: Brand-new Predator V-Twin engine with electric start. About 5 hours on it—cranks and runs flawlessly. Modern reliability on a classic heavy-duty chassis.
• Controls: 1-stick joystick control for the front bucket (very easy to operate). Two-lever setup for the rear backhoe.
• Front Loader: 100% functional, tight, and plenty strong enough to lift the front of the machine off the ground.
• Tires: All four tires hold air perfectly. The rear two show some dry rot from age, but they roll fine and are ready to load.
• The Only Issue: The rear backhoe swing cylinder has a blown seal and actively sprays hydraulic fluid under pressure when you actuate it. It needs a standard 2.5" bore / 1.25" rod seal kit (runs about $15–$20 online). I do not have the time to replace it myself, so I have priced the machine accordingly.
I have a full 3-minute video showing the machine cranking up, driving forward/reverse, and showing all hydraulics in motion that I can send to serious buyers.
Perfect machine for a homeowner with acreage, a handyman, or a landscaper looking for a bulletproof earner.
