Buyer Beware!!! This is a scam. Do not send this person any money. His word is worthless. His name as he stated to me is Michael Wesley Rice. His story kept changing. He plays you against someone else to get a deposit. Then keeps asking for more or half before he can do the bill of sale. And the whole time he is portraying himself as a good old country boy. Repeatedly ensuring that he is honest and would never do anything to jeapordize his reputation. He could never meet up to see this so called tiny house/cabin. Even though we agreed on a time and place. Then low and behold now he needed additional funds to take the day off of work. He lists a phone number to call but he immediately calls from another number. He is a Liar and a Con-artist.
