One owner and a non-smoking household. This THOMASVILLE sofa is in perfect shape with arm covers, 2 pillows detachable back and seat cushions and is extremely comfortable (especially compared with the modern extra deep sofas with little back or seat support). No scratches, rips, tears, stains or defects.

We have used it mainly as a room filler in the upstairs area and since we go up rarely, we never use it. Would like to find it a new home as we are moving.

Measures 6' wide and 38" front to back.
