Join a12-month research study evaluating a single injection of an investigational treatment for adults with mild to moderate knee OA.

Qualified Participants:
- Be between 40 and 80 years old
- Have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in your knee. If you often have pain in BOTH knees you will not be able to join the study
- Experience regular knee pain that is not fully relieved by over-the-counter or prescription pain medications (like ibuprofen or naproxen)
- Have had knee pain symptoms for at least 6 months
- Not be planning to have knee surgery in the next year
