This Spitfire has been thoroughly gone through by a British car expert. It features all new clutch and brake hydraulics, master cylinders, wheels cylinders, new wheel bearings all the way around, new front calipers, rotors, and brake linings front and rear. The steering rack, bushings and rear suspension bushings have also been replaced with new items.
Additionally, the entire fuel system and ignition system have been restored to original factory condition and operation. Carburetor was expertly gone through and restored to factory specs. Fuel pump was also rebuild, and all the fuel lines and clamps are new as well. Lastly, the radiator was re-cored, water pump replaced, and all the hoses and clamps are new. This car starts and drives easily hot or cold, and the motor is mechanically quiet with no smoke.
The paint and interior are fair, but the car is very solid overall and includes a rare factory metal hard top and tonneau cover.
