Position Overview:
Customer service representatives assist customers by handling inbound calls, answering questions, and providing support for various client programs. Training is provided and required before servicing begins.
Basic Requirements:
• Desktop or laptop computer required
• USB headset required
• Reliable high-speed internet with ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi)
• Quiet workspace for handling customer calls
• Ability to attend required virtual training sessions
Training Information:
Training is conducted online in a virtual classroom environment.
Most programs require 4 hours per day, with some programs requiring up to 6 hours per day Monday–Friday during training.
