I want to warn people about a contractor, Vaughn Barclay, who stole $5000 from me. I had just moved back to Birmingham and the house I bought needed some work. My house is in The Cotswolds. He came in my house and looked around and was supposed to start work the next week. He never came back. He changed the name of his company to Resins, Inc.
He is a thief and a deadbeat dad. He stole my money because he was in $5000 in arrears for child support. My husband is deceased or this would not have happened. I just want to warn people to not engage in business with this person.
