Welham pro size chromoly race bike hand built for weight savings. This bike was almost exclusively ridden on the track. Helped to win state championship for the rider. I gave the original wheelset to another rider at the track.The wheels although high quality do not match. Bike assembly cost was around $1800 and consist of high quality parts.
