I own a book publishing company, which began in 2007. We have published over 1000 titles. I've just gotten old and burned out in 19 years. I was in Milwaukee for the first nine years and in Alabama the rest of the time. But our authors are scattered all across the US. This is a great work-from-home job and the potential income is amazing. I haven't advertised in many years and work very few hours a week, and still make over $30K/year. At it's peak ten years ago, it was making over $120K/year.

We publish a lot of children's books, so I have eight artists I work with, who are great. There is a residual monthly income, December being by far the highest, and new authors bring in a lot of income. I actually only publish about one book every two months, but used to publish ten or more every month.

It has an established website, logo, and you will receive everything you need. All the author contact information, artist information, the account with the distributor, all the forms and files, and of course training. You only need a decent computer and pay a monthly fee for Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. (Unless you already own those programs.)

I checked into posting this on a paid business listing site, and they said always ask three times your yearly income. Well, I'm only asking for one. If you have considered owning your own company, this could be it. Message with any questions.
