BOUGHT A BRAND NEW RHINO 700 IN AUGUST
IVE OWNED IT FOR 106 DAYS AND ITS BEEN IN THE SHOP FOR 60 DAYS
THEY HAD TO BUILD THE TRANS WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT IT AND THEY LEFT THE DRAIN PLUG OFF OF THE BOTTOM OF THE AIR INTAKE, SO THE FIRST MUD HOLE I WENT THROUGH IT FLOODED THE ENGINE
THEY SAID THEY FIXED IT AND THE MOTOR BLEW UP THE FIRST TIME I RODE IT.
I HAVE YET BEEN ABLE TO DRIVE IT IN THE WOODS AND DRIVE IT OUT.
THEY HAVE DESTROYED MY MACHINE AND WILL NOT REPLACE IT.
IT DOES NOT PERFORM ANYTHING LIKE THE OTHER 2009 WE HAVE

I am seeking an investor / partner for a start up company. This company is the same concept as Redbox DVD rentals

The company name is Movies in the Move Cinemabox it is a DVD rental Kiosk to be located in various locations such as Convince Stores, CVS, ect.

I have obtained initial funding of $300,000 through hard money lines investors. But and there is always a but the investor group wishes to see a pocket of 25% to be placed in escrow as a back up.

I am posting this for a friend who owns this radio station. I can verify that every word of this is true:

Non-Profit, Charity Radio Station Needs Help.

We are a non-profit,educational (charity-based) FM radio station that has (until now) based our existence upon helping and supporting the needy in our community.

Since September alone, we have paid for the funeral of a teen who was killed in an accident (his single mother had no insurance), given a vehicle to a family who had no means of getting to and from work, helped replace the personal property and home of a family who suffered a house fire in which everything was lost, collected and donated tens of thousands of dollars to such worthy charities and organizations as the Arthritis Foundation, the Salvation Army, the American Cancer Society and many, many other local charities and causes. Most recently, we've contibuted to many local needy families so that they canhave heat, electricity and water during the holidays.

Now, the owner of the property on which our home, station and tower is located has decided (as of december 1st) to increase our monthly payment from $700 monthly to $2,500.00 monthly. This property consists of nothing more than a very shabby house that sits on 1/2 acre of land! The radio station itself is located in a portable building that we purchased two years ago that sits next to the house under the tower.

Clearly, as we were barely making ends meet at $700 monthly (other monthly costs of operation such as licensing fees, electrical costs and other utilities add up to about $3k monthly), it's clear that the additional $1,800 monthly will be the final nail in the coffin for this wonderful community based radio station that has helped so many and would so very much like to continue providing such support to the community. Why does the property owner want to increase the payment so drastically? When asked, her answer is as follows: "I've been watching what you've been giving to needy people in the area and I want my part of that." (She owns several shopping centers and major busines properties and is, by no means, hurting financially. She is wanting to take food, supplies and money from the mouths of the needy in our area!)

I have already located another property to which we can move the radio station. We are looking for a new home for myself, my wife and two young daughters. However, the costs involved in relocating a radio station are not at all insignificant. (The filing fees for license modifications alone can cost around $10k and then there's the costs involved in dismatling, moving and rebuilding the tower, studios and transmitters which can easily exceed another $15k to $20k!)

I am not asking that anyone pay a major portion of this. I am not even asking for as much as 10% of this. I am already working toward handling the lions share of these tremendous costs out of my own pocket. What I am asking is for some help with whatever portions of this that God would direct you to contibute. If it's $10 or $1 or $20 or even $100, it would be most graciously appreciated. ANYTHING will be most graciously appreciated!

As this is a non-profit charity operated radio station, all I can offer in return is simple things like radio station T-shirts which we would be glad to send to anyone who contributes at least $10 (the shirts cost us $6.00 each and there is shipping) to our cause.

Let the person post their comments. He's not the only one to have a bad experience with Serra. Mine happens to have been with Serra Volkswagen. I took my brand new Rabbit back to them five times for the same problem only to have them tell me they were refusing to work on the car again. Then I find out they never repaired the car the way Volkswagen told them to but they did let one of their mechanics drive it to Florida (900 miles) for a test drive!!! Everyone needs to be warned about the Serra dealerships.

IF ANYBODY OUT THERE IS SHOPPING AT FOOD DEPOT IN PELHAM. LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT. IT IS FOOD DEPOT POLICY TO ADD ON TOP OF YOUR GROCERIES AN ADDITIONAL 10% AND THEN YOU ARE TAXED ON TOP OF THAT. THEY CAN SAY ALL THEY WANT THAT THERE MERCHANDISE IS LOWER THAN ANYBODY ELSES, BUT WHEN YOU ADD AN ADDITIONAL 10% ON THE PRICE OF EVERY ITEM. THEIR PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS. THIS IN MY OPINION IS THE MOST UNDER HANDED WAY OF DOING BUSINESS I PERSONAL HAVE EVER SEEN.

HOW I FOUND OUT IS: I WENT SHOPPING THERE SATURDAY MORNING AND SPENT $152.00 AND SOME CHANGE. WHEN MY DAUGHTER AND I GOT HOME
SHE WAS LOOKING AT THE RECEIPT AND DOWN AT THE BOTTOM IT SHOWS AN ADDITION 10% COST AND THEN THE TAX ON TOP OF ALL THAT. HOW IN THE WORLD CAN SOMEONE CHARGE LIKE THAT AND NOT WARN PEOPLE. PEOPLE WITH FIXED INCOMES AND PEOPLE WHO ARE WATCHING EVERY PENNY THIS STORE IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND I AM GOING TO LET EVERYONE KNOW IT. MY BILL WHEN ALL WAS SAID AND DONE ENDED UP BEING $182.00. $15.00 FOR THE 10% CHARGE AND THEN TAX ON TOP OF ALL THAT.

HOW CAN A GROCERY STORE DO THIS TO PEOPLE?
