There are 3 built-in bunks in the hallway with a sleeper sofa in the living room which enables 7 to sleep comfortably. The living room has a 37 inch TV, DVD player, and stereo system. The location of our condo is excellent with no roads to cross and a constant breeze. The complex is extremely family friendly with outdoor grills, bicycle racks, and a pool pavilion. Seagrove Plaza is across the street with movie, bicycle, and kayak rentals. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance from our unit. A Publix grocery store is 2 miles away in Watercolor with Seaside only 1.3 miles with many activities offered thru-out the summer. 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Condo - Only 1 Mile From Campus - this is a Gated Community in the University Downs complex.

Sleeps 6 - fully furnished and was recently remodeled. The bedrooms both have full sized beds and there is a full size bed in the large sectional sofa in the den.

The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and it is stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, pots, and everything that you need for to get ready for your tailgate. The bathrooms are really nice and both have tile floors, tile tub surrounds, and cultured marble vanity tops.

It also includes cable T.V. and a DVD player for you to enjoy. All bed linens and towels are supplied with the condo, and there is also a washer and dryer for your use.

The complex also has a workout room and a game room that are available to all of our guests.

For Football Weekends we offer a flat rate rental price. Stay up to 4 nights, so that you can come in early or stay a few days after the game.

Our condo is strictly a nonsmoking unit. Additional fees will be assessed if there is any evidence of smoking inside discovered. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. We do allow pets on a case by case basis but an additional deposit is required. The rental age is 25 and older � no exceptions.

To this end, I have made arrangements to rent a lovely house in Paris this summer (2010) and am offering an opportunity for a Mom and daughter to spend some wonderful quality time and see Paris and the French countryside together, as I think it�s so rewarding to travel with friends, both old and new!

This two week accommodation is planned to take advantage of one of two major summertime events: either La F�te de la Musique (6/19-7/ 2) or Bastille Day (7/2- 7/16).The home is very conveniently located, close to the wonderful Paris Metro. Safely tucked behind a secure coded entry, with classic views onto the courtyard from the living room and bedroom balconies, the large (by �city� standards) home has washer and dryer (making it easier to pack lightly) and all the amenities like TV and internet, at a fraction of the price that it would cost in a hotel! I am not a travel agent, just a mom looking to find another travel-inspired mom who would like to have a wonderful trip with similar people!
