Return Policy:
As a certified refurbisher I am always hearing from customers who purchased a plotter from another seller only to find that it needed costly repairs or maintenance after they received it. I am committed to providing worry-free purchasing by selling only products that are working perfectly and do not need additional repairs. If the product does not arrive as listed I will refund the purchase price 100%.
All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.
An RMA must be requested within 10 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issued date.
All products are sold with their respective manufacturers warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
When returning a product, I strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
All items must be returned in as new condition in the original packaging and have all accessories, blank warranty cards, and owners manuals.

Here for sale is an HP Designjet 800PS 42" Wide Format printer. These differ from the other plotters I am selling in that this machine is great for graphic and photo printing. It handles standard engineering/architectural CAD plots beautifully as well, but the graphic quality on this machine is incredible. It is 42" wide and handles most any medium you throw at it. It also has a 2400x2400 DPI which is further proof of this machines quality. It is great for posters, photographic prints, and banners among many other uses.
This version of the Designjet 800 comes with Adobe PostScript which is an internal rip. This feature is a life saver if you use .pdf or.tiff files which can be large and lengthy to process for non-PostScript equipped plotters. It also has some useful color management features and ensures that you get the highest quality out of your machine.
This machine has recently been refurbished by a certified HP technician. It has a brand new belt, the slider robs have been cleaned and lubed, and the whole machine has been examined thoroughly to make sure it is in perfect working order.
Since it has been professionally refurbished, it comes with a 120 day on-site parts and labor warranty facilitated through the refurbisher. This is 100% transferable to the buyer, so your machine will be covered in the event that something should go wrong (it won't).
Included with the Designjet 800 is a set of 4 ink cartridges, 4 printheads, a stand and media-bin, a new and unused roll of 36" x 150' paper, JetDirect Network Card, maxed out memory (160MB), 6 GB hard drive, power chord, drivers, hardware, and manuals. So basically everything you need to get this plotter up, running, and printing immediately.

This is an HP Designjet 450C that has recently been serviced by an HP Technician, and come with a 120 warranty. This is a great little machine that prints in color as well as black & white. These machines are perfect for CAD work, and are much more affordable than many other HP Designjet models out there.
It comes with automatic roll feed, cutter, power chord, and a stand/media-bin. It also has a full set of ink/printheads which is a great deal. I have an unused, 36 roll of paper for it as well.

Both of these Canon wide-format printers are brand new. These are pretty incredible machines. The iPF610 is 24 and the iPF710 is 36, and both are known for their fast, yet remarkably high quality graphic printing. The 4 pico liter drop size is much smaller than most anything else available in the wide-format plotter market, and it ensures that there will not be any visible pixilation. But these two machines also handle normal CAD/CAM plots with enhanced detail. The reactive ink technology is also very impressive, the colors are incredible and the two channels of black ink make for great detail on line-work.
