Dining nook (with doors) large enough to serve as an office, den or small bedroom.  Previous tenants were two students who divided up the apartment, using the living room as an additional bedroom. The apartment is big enough to do that! Complex has exercise room with machines open 24/7; large, well groomed common yard; coin laundry on-site; off-street parking; friendly, quiet neighbors.   $830/ month all inclusive.  As an incentive contact me by Jan 1 receive $130 off the rent for the first 6 months! Applicant would need to pass a credit check and would be assuming a lease that expires Jan 2011, (but you could sublet too). I’ve had to relocated and am sad to go, but hope you don’t miss out on this great apartment!

The apartment would be unfurnished and lease is up March 1st.  If you need a month more than this it is $995 +$150 extra for month to month. If you decide that you would like to sign a longer lease the apartment complex is flexible regarding lease time frames.<br>
