you will be subletting 1bedroom with attached full bathroom in a 2bd/2bath with an existing roommate, the living room is furnished. She is extremely nice, & would want to meet you before you move in, of course. University House is very secure, access requires a keycard & there is gated parking for residents only. there is a beautiful pool and clubhouse with bigscreen tv & pool table.
