I signed a 7 month lease at Redmont Gardens in the English Village of Mountain Brook but am moving out mid-November. I can either sub-lease this apartment to someone through the end of February or if you're interested you can sign a new lease. It's a good size apartment that was newly painted when I moved in. It's quiet, clean, pretty much no hassle so far. It's on the ground floor, has a good size fridge and oven. No washer/dryer but I am sure you can put on in. Laundy on site is close by and there is also a simple work out room with treadmill, bike, etc that is never crowded.
The rent is a total of $869 per month. $679 for base rent, $165 for all utilities, and the $25 because it's a shorter term lease. I also rented some furniture for $165/month - bed, sofa, chair, couple end tables, dresser, and coffee table. I was going to get rid of it when I move out but you could take that lease over too if you'd like.
I am moving out the week of November 9th but will have already paid Novemeber so you can have November at no cost to you.
