We are in the process of finding a new home as we are having another baby this coming Jan. We are looking to sub-let our apartment for November and December. October rent is free! We will pay an additional $100 for your rent to stay at $600 per month until your new lease begins in Jan. Apartment is located at Lakeshore Garden apartments. We have only lived here 2 months so the place is very clean and gently lived in. It is very clean with no bug problems or neighbor issues. It is usually a quite community. Please e-mail to inquire.
