Tires are in good condition.
No bad odors
There are some issues: there are 2 small tears in the linoleum in the kitchen area, there is a hole in the ceiling. (See pics) Also the outside has black streaks and stains on the aluminum. We are currently trying to clean it but we dont know if we will be successful. Other than that its a nice clean and roomy unit.

This is a great trailer. A/C is cold and the heater works great. Sleeps 6. Queen Size bed, double sinks, full size tub. Had a leak in the roof, which has since been repaired. There is some water damage in the ceiling, but it does not affect the useability of the trailer. No one ever notices until its pointed out.
This is a great trailer for hunting, traveling, or living in if needed.

everything runs on this 4 wheeler great, cranks up on first try

I have recently put a lot of time and money into this, heres some of what I have added:

2x 55W front head lights in a concealed area where they won't get hit.
1x 55W back up light in the read also concealed in a area where it won't get hit
New rear brakes
The carburetor has been cleaned and air filter is nearly new
Oil has been changed
The Racks have been re-painted (black)
The rear wheels have about 90% tread left
The front wheels have about 10% tread left but is still useable
Brand new rear end put in within the year, I did not do it I had a mechanic do it
I will be also including a 3,000lb wireless remote controlled winch that I bought for the 4 wheeler and is still in the box, I have not had the time to put it on yet
