six hundred fifty dollars a month rent, and utilities (water, gas, power, cable) are split three ways.

the bedroom is upstairs, and next to the room is a standing washer/dryer unit. the other two bedrooms are on the other side, and the master bathroom is on the other end of the hallway. there is a shared bathroom between the three roommates, with two sinks, a private area for the toilet, walk in shower, and a magnificent bathtub. downstairs is a shared living space. kitchen/bar area, living/entertainment room, foyer, half bathroom with antique claw foot tub, and front and back decks. there is a fenced in area in the back along with a great place to bbq/entertain. there are two dogs and a cat living in the house. because of the cat, I ask that everyone keeps the doors of the house closed. he is my cat, but I along with many visitors to the home are very allergic. I ask that there be no other animals in the home from past experiences. the dogs are really nice, once you get to know them. you don't have to have any contact if you don't want. parking is in the front of the house on the street, so you will want to keep your doors locked. we are blocks away from UAB and downtown. there is public transit, but not the most reliable way to get around. the house is located in the historic southside area of Birmingham, and walking distance to most the bars and restaurants in the area. trolley pick up is a block away, and so is the police station.

I am the owner of the house, I bought it 4 years ago, and love it! I am a 25 year old female, and a native of Birmingham. I don't have much family here, but have a nice sized family of friends. I work in radio and photography with a few other jobs here and there, so my schedule is kinda crazy at times... I think of myself as a fun loving open minded person. you kind of need to get to know me to form your own opinion.
I am wanting new roommates to help not only pay bills, but also to help fund the renovations that are much needed! I would love to have someone who is easy to be around, fun, nice, and for the most part drama free. we all have some drama I know, but how it's controlled is what I care for. So here's the deal: I own a house in Irondale off the Grant's Mill exit. It's a three bedroom house, not including the basement (which is where I live). I had three guys living upstairs until a a few months ago. Now I only have two up there. That leaves the master bedroom available. It's pretty big, and it has its own full bathroom... well, shower room. There's a bathtub in the other bathroom if you're into that kind of thing.

I'm 29 years old, and I work for a medical evacuation company here in Birmingham, but don't let the title fool you. I'm far from a stuffy old professional, and hopefully you are too. One of my housemates is 24, and a mechanic. The other is 20, about to start classes in the fall, and working here and there like 20 year olds do. That's just how he rolls. As long as he pays his rent on time... I don't care where he works (well as long as it's legal). We tend to NOT end up all in each other's space, as you may imagine would be the case in a house where 3 or 4 people live. I am rarely ever there. I spend much of my time at my girlfriends house, and the chances of you seeing me at home at all from Friday night to Sunday evening are slim to none.

The house has every thing you need, including a washer and dryer. I ask very little of my housemates. Here's what you can expect: Pay your rent on time. If you're gonna be late, tell me like a week before it's due, and I'm usually totally cool with that (within reason, of course). Other than that, just clean up after yourself, don't kill my cats, and don't steal my shit (or anybody else's for that matter). If you can do all that stuff... then you'll probably fit right in.

As far as bills are concerned, you already know the rent is $500. We split the power and gas between everyone living there. That USUALLY means that you're total on bills each month should not exceed around $70. And that's when we're running the heat/air all the time. I pay everything else. There's wireless internet, land line phone with unlimited nationwide long distance, and Direct TV with all the channels that I could possibly get (except Playboy :-)

I think I've covered pretty much everything. Availability is now. If you move in before August 1st, I'll prorate you're rent for the amount of time you're there this month. We'll do it on a month to month basis, so you don't have to worry about a long lease. I don't charge a deposit (even though I probably should), but I will sue your ass if you screw me over. Cool?

Renpenning's cases had short stature, moderate microcephaly, and neurological disorders.Escalante's syndrome is synonymous with the fragile X syndrome. Sons who receive the fragile X are at high risk of intellectual disability. I live off Tyler Road in 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath townhome. 5 mins away from 65 and hwy 31. You will have immediate access to a pool and a small gym. There is a Piggly Wiggly, CVS, Little Ceasars Pizza, Exxon Gas and a Dollar General within walking distance. I love my neighhborhood it's quite and close to everything, but not to close.

Peach trees, roses, etc. I spend a lot of time out there.

Your bedroom is furinished with a (new...from Rooms to Go) full sized bed, bedside table, lamp, alarmclock, and a desk and chair. 2 large closets. The window overlooks the backyard. Your rent includes utilities, water, etc.

Dining room, living room and kitchen and laundry are downstairs. It is very peaceful and quiet where I live. Great neighbors (professor on one side, pharmacist on the other). I plan to sign a new 12-month lease for a 2BR/2BA in Cahaba Brook Community, starting on or before Sep. 1st. Every unit is equipped w/ W/D but will be unfurnished except that. It's about 10 min driving from UAB and quite near Summit, Pizza Hut, Great Clips, CVS, Rite Aid, etc. Nice and SAFE community in Birmingham.
