The wood frame construction is very solid and was built to last in addition to large and strong wood floor joices noted in crawlspace on top of the brick and blocked mixed foundation which was noted to have very good supports in the crawl space that are actually better than most observed in the field. No shifting or leaning was noted in the home as even flooring is the norm for this foundation. The windows are aluminum frame and are in fair condition needing some repair with broken windows and few that need screen and locks fixed. Driveway is concrete slab and is functional yet has some cracks in it.

Interior Features
Living room has a wood burning fireplace looks to be in functional condition with only the mantel needing reinstall and panted. The floors are in this excellent home are mostly all beautiful wood flooring that is in really good condition with buff and shine needed with only exception bath, Kitchen, and Bedroom#1 which have linoleum which needs replaced. The walls are sheet rock and have minor damage in home which will need repair and complete interior repaint or wall paper installed. Dining room is large with good views and large open wall through floor plan. The kitchen has very nice wood grain cabinets in newer condition, vented hood, nice size and wired for appliances yet need sink reinstalled with associated pluming, linoleum replaced, wall and ceiling repaired and painted. Bedroom??s #2,3, and 4 are down large spacious hardwood hallway all with good wood flooring that could be easily buff and shined that have good views yet need walls and ceiling repaired two of them are minor and all will require repaint. Mechanicals: Water heater is a newer 2002 model manufactured by Rheem plumbed in yet has to have gas line reinstalled. Bedroom#1 has additional space gas ceramic heater in addition to floor vent for heating. The electrical panels looks good with all the breakers intact in both exterior and interior boxes however there is some wiring missing in spots inside home although not major will require replacement. There is newer gas furnace located in crawl space which looks intact and functional yet not tested. The unit also comes with complete duck work to floor vents inside home. Home provides room for wall units in windows although could update home to central AC with ease using crawl space. Home has electronic control for alarm system. Home has partial installation of burglar bars and front porch has security door installed for added safety.
