Home has open fascia soffits and Eves which are both wooden and both are well painted and in overall good condition. Home’s exterior composition is wood slat siding over wood frame construction also noted this home’s exterior paint is in good condition. Home has Aluminum frame replacement windows with some missing screens and some off track. Also noted in visual inspection there is one window broke. Raised concrete block foundation in good condition was noted and home has some slight shifting normal for age of home. There is a covered front porch in concrete poured with decorate lattice pillars that lead up to a good roof extension. Living room has a wood burning fireplace looks to be in functional condition with only the mantel needing reinstall and panted. The floors are in this excellent home are mostly all beautiful wood flooring that is in really good condition with buff and shine needed with only exception bath, Kitchen, and Bedroom#1 which have linoleum which needs replaced. The walls are sheet rock and have minor damage in home which will need repair and complete interior repaint or wall paper installed. Dining room is large with good views and large open wall through floor plan. The kitchen has very nice wood grain cabinets in newer condition, vented hood, nice size and wired for appliances yet need sink reinstalled with associated pluming, linoleum replaced, wall and ceiling repaired and painted. The bathroom has toilet, vanity sink, and tub/shower intact yet the tub/shower will need re-plumbing. This home is four bedrooms with split floor plan with bedroom#1 off kitchen appears to home addition that is in fair condition needing carpeting or linoleum reinstalled with wall repair and repaint.
