This Historic, all brick building has it all. IT boasts pressed tin, tall ceilings, fresh paint, new HVAC, new roof, great neighbors, ingress and egress from both the front and back, parking on site, and great traffic on street. This area also has recently been succesful in getting all the street lights in the area working, the City has provided new trash cans, landscaping, a banner project is unerway that will have the new Woodlawn logo posted on banners on top of the light poles.
