A JeffCo Deputy found this dog in the Sylvan Springs/Mulga area about a week ago. My son brought him to us, as he was on his way to be put down. He has on a black collar, and was VERY skinny with a hurt left front paw. He's a very sweet, laid back guy and I am sure he's either gotten lost, or someone dumped him.
We have fattened him up and he is very loved here, but I want to make sure the owner(s) get a chance to get their dog back. He is mostly brown with white in between the brown splotches. I guess he's between 1 and 2 years old. Doesn't mind cats or other dogs at all; in fact very playful with both. Please email me if this is your dog. He has another characteristic that only the owner will know.
If he is not claimed, then I guess we can call him ours, because he's a terrific, sweet, loving dog. But please email if you think he's yours.

My big black cat, Norm, is very wiggy and skittish, and missing. He escaped our screened in porch last Sunday, December 6. He is black, very tall, thick winter fur, but has silvery white whiskers. In the bright light, you can see stripes under the black fur; he is very unusual looking.
He won't come to you, but is VERY vocal and maybe, possibly could be lured with food. We have a humane trap set because it's the only way we caught him last time he escaped.
We are offering a reward, because while he's nutso and acts feral (he's not) he's our darling and the house is empty without him. He also has really long canines--very much longer than usual. Don't try to pick him up; I can't afford the hospital bill.
Of course, he has green-yellow eyes and like I mentioned, huge teeth. He could be in the Hwy 78 area and possibly behind the old Dixie Deli. PLEASE email if you think you see him and we will come try to catch him. We miss him so much.

I was blasting down cavern Rd so it must have flown solo somewhere along there somewhere. It is a Uniden handset with a lovely silver front and your generic black back. If you have seen or found it- please email so I can retrieve it promptly- I will be happy to pay a finders reward of 25 cents-depending on it's current condition of course. I would like for it to be recharging comfortably next to my bed so it can continue to be at my beckoning call- whether they be coming or going!

I found the sweetest kitty tonight. It is extremely skinny and exceptionally hungry. It is going home with me tonight. I think it's a he. I had a cat almost identical to him stolen from me in oct 2009. It is important for me to help him find his way home for that reason.

Our sweet girl "Lola" went missing with her sister "Lulu" on Thursday 11/12/09. Lulu has since returned home but Lola is still missing. Lola is approx. 70 pounds and is white with black markings. Showed up on our porch Saturday evening, November 7. Black with a white spot between front legs. Is a jumper and very, very sweet. Probably an older puppy. Her face looks very much like a Whippet/greyhound, back looks like a black lab. Very sleek build, probably about 25 pounds. Seems to have had some training. Can send a picture.
