My husband and I are looking for childcare for our daughter starting in early September, when she will be three months old. We are still figuring out the possible flexibility in our work situations; thus, we are interested in hearing from full- and part-time nannies as well as in-home daycare operators. Excellent references from previous clients are required. If you run an in-home daycare, previous experience in a daycare facility and/or a BS or associate's degree in child development or early childhood education is preferred.
