This is a Kicker L5 solobaric (square) 12" subwoofer. The square design allows the subwoofer to have a much larger surface area than the typical 12" sub. The L5 is seated in a custom ported enclosure specifically designed for the L5 by kicker and includes a subwoofer grille to protect the cone of the woofer. Also included is an Audiobahn 8000T turbo vented amplifier which produces 400 watts RMS at 4 ohms and 800 watts RMS at 2 ohms. I'm selling a 42" Westinghouse flat screen TV. It has 4 HDMI inputs, 1 AV input, 1 PC input, 1 line out, and 2 component inputs. This TV has full hd resolution of 1080p in addition to 720 and 480. I'm selling the TV with the stand shown in the pictures. This is flat panel stand is used to mount TV's such as this one and as you can see is capable of supporting the TV as well as another 100 pounds of electronic equipment. I still retain the original stand that comes with the TV and will also include that along with the manuals for the TV and the stand. I bought this TV for $999 plus tax and the stand from Walmart for $199 both of which are still under manufacture's warranty. I think this is a good deal considering the market price for a TV this size along with a stand. To recap I'm selling the TV with the original stand and the flat panel stand, along with all manuals. I only accept cash on pick up and delivery is the buyers responsibility. If there are any questions feel free to drop me a line.
