The second one is an oil painting by artist W. Chapman. The painting is of the same atmosphere as the one above with similar scenery. But they are not identical. I have also attached 2 photos of this one. The size is 31 1/4W x 27"H. It is $30.

I am helping my brother find someone to provide private sewing lessons to his wife who will be receiving a Brother Sewing Machine for Christmas. Probably a computerized machine with all the gadgets but in the lower price range. It isn't sold at specialty shops so no lessons come with it. I am looking for someone who isn't scary (cuz we know how craigslist can be sometimes), has their own computerized machine, plenty of experience sewing basic crafts, possible references & who can educate her on how to use her machine. She has done a quilt & some other basic sewing crafts, but was using a very old Kenmore & didn't really know her machine, types of needles, or how to use the feet with her machine. She is not going to be embroidering.

She may only need a 2-hr instruction as she learns very quickly, but she may also request additional lessons. Thanks!
